What am I putting time in the gym for? Some of the most in-shape people I know, feel the worst when they wake up in the morning. The type of training they’re doing may make them look aesthetically pleasing, but it’s at a detriment to their joint health and overall well being. You’re telling me I should put in 60-90 minutes a day working out to wake up feeling worse than if I did nothing? Sh*t, if I’m putting that much time into training, I better feel HEAVENLY. But that’s not how it works usually. I train to get ‘jacked’ until my back goes out.

I take time off to rest it, for it to feel better and blow it out again in a continual cycle. Joint specific training (mobility training) is different. The more time you put in, the better you feel. Because joint training makes your joints. And that’s what I’m really complaining about most of the time right?
