What's up!

My name is Jamie Ford and I've been a personal trainer in San Diego for the last 7 years. I've fallen in love with practicing and teaching mobility because I think joint health is the most over looked part of fitness.

Joints are what people complain about as they get older, but even people that exercise a lot aren't doing anything to specifically prevent that from happening. What's up with that?

I'm hear to help people understand what it means to actually train their joints and how amazing strong and smooth you feel when the tissue around your joints are firing at full strength.
